  • Customers must provide accurate information regarding the nature of the issue when booking.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All service pricing will be confirmed before work commences, either via a written or verbal quote. Quotes may vary if additional issues are discovered during the service.
  • Payments must be made upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • MK Heating London reserves the right to charge for additional parts or labor if the scope of the work changes from the original estimate.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • MK Heating London reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-shows.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

  • We provide a warranty for all services rendered, covering defects in materials and workmanship. The duration of the warranty depends on the specific service provided and will be outlined at the time of the service.
  • The warranty covers only the work performed by MK Heating London. It does not extend to issues arising from third-party interference, misuse, or negligence.
  • Any additional repairs or services required outside the scope of the initial work will be quoted separately.

  • Customers must provide accurate information regarding their plumbing, boiler, or heating systems and any relevant history that may affect the service.
  • It is the customerโ€™s responsibility to ensure that all necessary permits or approvals for work are obtained if required.

8. Emergency Services

  • Our emergency services are available 24/7. However, the availability of technicians may vary based on location and workload. MK Heating London will not be held liable for any delays in response time in emergency situations.

9. Privacy Policy
